Finwise is proud to have worked with PIPRA, a Swiss HealthTech startup, in supporting their recent $2.1m seed round raise. PIPRA has developed a CE-certified, AI-based pre-surgical software to assess patients’ risk of suffering from Post-Operative Delirium (POD), a disease which affects 20% of surgical patients above the age of 60. Highlighting high-risk patients allows for effective, cost-reducing measures to be implemented shown to decrease the incidence by up to 53%. The company has won several innovation awards, obtained CE Approval and already has several paying customers.
The $2.1m Seed Round secures a 24 months runway allowing it to execute the roadmap and position itself to reach important milestones.
