Finwise worked with a specialised secondaries VC Siena Capital on the second closing of their Secondaries Fund. Siena is one of Europe’s earliest and most active dedicated secondary vehicles. It has built positions in companies suchas Bolt, Booksy, Veriff and secured backing from EBRDA and Estonia’s SmartCap. We believe the secondary market, long treated as a niche corner of private capital is drawing increased attention.
